Location:
Balboa Bay I: for activities that do not require silence and will host workshops, most group activities, some personal activities like adult coloring, drawing, doodling, gratitude list, and 1-1 sessions with practitioners (as available).
Balboa Bay II: will be a dedicated space for silent prayer and meditation. All are welcome to come in to take as little or long as you would like to meet your needs.
This space is open to people of all Faiths, Religions, and Spiritual Practices.
We have several activities for you to enjoy including:

• Yoga and Movement
• Breathwork
• Sound bath
• Water blessing table
• Prayer/God Box
• Contemplative activities
• Recovery based inspirational readings
• 1-1 Spiritual Counseling, Coaching, & Prayer are on a first come, first-served basis.
(15 min sessions if people are waiting) Please stop by to sign up and secure your spot.
